SENATE BILL NO. 259 BY SENATORS GUESS, Bunde, entitled:                                             
                                                                                                    
          "An Act relating to children attending school;                                            
          amending provisions relating to compulsory school                                         
          attendance; relating to truancy and punctuality;                                          
          relating to permanent fund dividend program notice                                        
          requirements and to ineligibility for permanent fund                                      
          dividends for violations of school truancy and                                            
          attendance laws or for expulsions from school; and
